It is made with eggs, served with icing sugar and cranberry dipping. It looks like scrambled eggs, but scrambled into little squares. It tastes kind of like pancake.

It's actually an austrian dessert called Kaiserschmarren. The recipe is similar to that of pancakes only heavier on eggs. It can also be served with other fruit marmelades or compote.
