Reden Sie in germain sehr gut?
Reden (better: sprechen) - to speak
Sie - formal you
in - auf
germain, probably German - deutsch, das Deutsch
sehr - very
gut - good
A correct German sentence would be:
Sprechen sie sehr gut Deutsch?
Auf Wiedersehen!
Good-bye.

Ok I am from germany...
Basically the sentence make no sense because there isn't such a word :Germain;)
I think I know what the meaning is...
It is in English:
Do speak German very good?
BUT...in German the correct sentence would be like that:
Sprechen Sie sehr gut Deutsch?
or very formal:
Beherrschen sie die deutsche Sprache sehr gut?
